Q: How do I know where to place the template for my door cutout?
A. To determine template placement for cut out opening, measure your pet’s height from floor to top of pet’s shoulder.
Position the top of the template 2” taller than your pet’s shoulder measurement.
Q: Should I install my own pet door?
A. As with any home improvement project, if you do not have the tools or skills to properly install your pet door, we suggest using a professional handyman or licensed contractor.
